INSURANCE AND FEES

Arise Infusion Therapy Services participates with Medicare and many commercial health insurers. Coverage varies as changes occur within the insurance industry. Please verify with our staff to confirm whether we are in network or out of network with your insurance plan. Our office staff will take care of all insurance company requirements for pre-authorization and medical documentation. They will also file your insurance claims.

Our specialists are very knowledgeable and diligent in determining if there are other options for co-pay assistance or financial assistance programs that may be available to offset out-of-pocket expenses for our patients.

We ask you to pay the deductible, co-insurance, and/or co-payment at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks.
